Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (within the meaning of § 13 German Civil Code – BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to business customers (§ 14 BGB).
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which:
you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (as shipping within Germany is free of charge), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive
for goods that are clearly tailored to personal needs

Voluntary Exchange Service
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary exchange service.
The exchange service does not affect statutory rights (withdrawal/warranty).
Clarification on Return Conditions
Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products (subject to statutory exclusions).
Eligible return condition includes new and lightly used products, provided use was only necessary to inspect nature, characteristics, and functionality.
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
Refunds are made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return has been provided.
