1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and business customers through the online shop DRUCKTONER.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
A business customer is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer.
A contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the button “Place order”.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.
The contract language is German. English translations are provided for convenience only.
3. Storage of Contract Text
We store the contract text.
You will receive the order details and these Terms and Conditions by email.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after completion of the order.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
No additional costs will be charged.
5. Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Delivery time is generally 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If an item is not available, we will inform you without delay.

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
For business customers, we retain ownership of the goods until all claims arising from the ongoing business relationship have been fully settled.
8. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage immediately to the delivery company and contact us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint does not affect your statutory warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
For business customers, the warranty period is one year from transfer of risk.
Any manufacturer warranties remain unaffected.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with German law.
Details can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
The provisions of the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Voluntary Exchange Service
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary exchange service.
The exchange service does not affect statutory rights (withdrawal/warranty).
