Shipping conditions

1. Shipping Area
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Shipping to other countries is not available.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
No additional shipping fees will be charged.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally 1–3 business days from successful payment authorization or payment confirmation by the respective payment provider, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If an item is exceptionally unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you without undue delay.
4. Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out depending on the product and delivery address by one of the following carriers:
HERMES
The selection of the shipping provider is made at our discretion.
5. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one business day after successful payment authorization.
Shipment will only take place after successful payment authorization or confirmation from the respective payment provider.
6. Partial Deliveries
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries where reasonable.
No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect delivery address), we reserve the right to charge any additional costs actually incurred.
