Drucktoner.de is an online shop operated by Laszlo Horvath (sole proprietorship) for toner and ink products.

We deliver exclusively within Germany. Shipping, payment handling, and customer support are organized for a transparent and reliable order process.

Order process: choose a product, add it to cart, enter shipping and billing data, and complete payment in Stripe Checkout. After that, an automatic order confirmation email is sent.

Shipping flow: in-stock items are usually handled within 24 hours, and the typical delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. Shipping is free for orders to Germany.

Support hours: email support Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, phone support Monday-Friday 10:00-16:00. We usually respond to requests within 24 hours.

Returns, withdrawal, and exchanges are handled transparently according to the Right of Withdrawal, Terms, and Shipping Conditions pages. After successful payment, the invoice is provided as PDF and sent by email.
